Cooking or Whatever was created to fill niches. Formed in 1996 I provide food related services to the Food Service Industry, TV/Film/Commercial/Print Industry, Non-Profits and Academia.

While most of my time is spent in Philly, I service organizations all over the US and consult Internationally. I'm a quick hop to NYC and the Philly International Airport
Background
- I have done every job in food service from dishwasher to Food and Beverage Director and on both sides of the house.
- My BA is from Indiana University in Broadcasting and my Culinary Degree is from the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philly
- I am Executive Director of the Haidong Martial Arts Academy. 2nd degree Black Belt in Haidong Gumdo - Korean Sword Martial Art. For more on that, go to www.koreansword.org
