Cooking Classes and Training provides a list of scheduled cooking classes for non-professionals and training classes for professionals.  In addition, you'll find links to cooking videos; how to book a private class (this makes a great gift) and how to order my cookbook (Ok so that was sort of a commercial, sorry.

Recipes.  There are some 1500+ recipes with 58 sub-categories including  Ethnic, Regional American, Entrees, Side Dishes, Soups and on and on and on.  If you can't find what your are looking for, email me and I'll find it for you. I have also provided a number of other helpful items including Tips and Tricks, Recipe Techniques and how to build a usable Pantry.

Food Stylist.  I've been doing this for the last ten years for people all over the USA.  Making food look beautiful for packaging, print, cookbooks, videos and TV is about as much fun as a Human should be allowed to have.  I think I love doing this more than anything else.  Check out my photos and résumé.
