Even
though I am French Trained, I LOVE Italian Food. When I
visited the "Mother Country" I took over 600 digital photos --400 of
which were of food!!
Many
of the recipes found here were discovered on that trip. We went from
churches ......to a trattoria
....to a gelateria...... to museums..... to ristorante .....to
sites ......to bistros. Basically we ate our way around
Northern Italy for 14 days.
