Two Day 16 hour National
Restaurant Association, ServSafe program, recognized locally and
nationally by the food safety training industry. Individuals taking
this course receive certification in Food Sanitation and Safety upon
passing the examination successfully.
Appropriate training is the best vehicle for all foodservice
personnel, especially managers, supervisors and owners, to learn
about the hazards associated with their day-to-day operations and
with the food preparation process. It is imperative for
management to incorporate good sanitation practices into their
operation by supporting employee training and education.
